I finally finished this!!! 
I should know better than to start something 2 days before it's supposed to be up! >.o
Sorry it took so long
and I know the line work is really sloppy and jagged... but it's done!!
I tried a new technique for coloring the eyes... actually I used a tutorial By ramy
however it's just a trial... i'm not too sure I'll continue with his technique or not...
Anyways with school and tests it took even longer, so here it is 2 weeks late "Happy Halloween"
I dunno...how long this took...
it was a few hours spanning over like 4-5 days or something done in PSP 9.0

Ireally like the eyes, but they don't really match the rest of the peice...but w/e, it's all good ^_^
